These Terms of Use apply to FitFace AI: Face & Body Coach ("FitFace AI," "we," "our," or "the app"), provided by FitMacro Technologies Inc. By using FitFace AI, you agree to these terms and to any additional terms required by the app store or platform through which you downloaded the app.

1. App Store and Google Play Terms

If you downloaded FitFace AI through Apple's App Store, your use of the app is also governed by Apple's standard End User License Agreement unless a separate agreement applies.

If you downloaded FitFace AI through Google Play, your use of the app may also be subject to Google Play's terms and purchase rules.

2. Wellness and Fitness Use Only

FitFace AI is designed for general wellness, fitness, skincare, appearance-focused coaching, habit tracking, and personal progress. It is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, cure, or prevention of any disease or medical condition.

You should consult a qualified healthcare professional before making decisions about your health, exercise, nutrition, body composition, skin concerns, injury, or medical condition.

3. AI-Generated Guidance

FitFace AI may use artificial intelligence to generate analysis, body-composition ranges, skincare suggestions, exercise guidance, training plans, coaching messages, and other recommendations. AI outputs may be incomplete, inaccurate, outdated, or inappropriate for your circumstances.

You are responsible for using your own judgment. Stop any exercise or routine immediately if it feels unsafe, painful, or unsuitable.

4. Age Restrictions

Face-photo and body-photo analysis features are available only to users age 18 and older. Users under 18 are not permitted to use photo-based face or body analysis features.

Younger users may be offered a questionnaire-based youth fitness planning flow that does not require face or body photo uploads. If age information is missing, invalid, or not confirmed, FitFace AI may block access to photo-based analysis features.

5. Accounts and Accuracy

You are responsible for providing accurate account, profile, age, body, fitness, and preference information when using the app. FitFace AI may use this information to personalize recommendations and to apply safety restrictions.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for activity that occurs under your account.

6. Subscriptions and Purchases

FitFace AI may offer subscriptions or in-app purchases. Purchases are processed by Apple, Google, RevenueCat, or the applicable payment provider. We do not receive your complete payment-card details.

Subscription billing, cancellation, renewal, refunds, and trials are handled according to the rules of the store or payment provider used for the purchase.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse FitFace AI, including by:

• Submitting images of another person without permission
• Attempting to bypass age restrictions or safety controls
• Using the app for medical diagnosis, emergency care, or treatment
• Reverse engineering, attacking, scraping, or disrupting the app
• Using the app in a way that violates applicable law

8. Privacy

Your use of FitFace AI is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, process, retain, and delete information.

9. Changes to the App or Terms

We may update, modify, suspend, or discontinue parts of FitFace AI. We may also update these Terms of Use from time to time. Changes will be reflected by updating the Last updated date at the top of this page.
